The problem is we get moods stuck in our subconscious on repeat. Like a tar pit, or heavy weight, or fog like energy in your body somewhere - LITERALLY
When I take my clients into their subconscious - (which you can’t see easily because it’s submerged under the surface like a submarine)…
They tell me their goals - then we tune in closely to how the body responds…
Mostly people don’t notice any of this. You think that tensing you feel about your goal is nothing and you should just work through it or positive think over it…
And while there is a time and place to put your stuff aside and just get your work done…
I can tell you, it’s a WORLD EASIER when you realize these bodily reactions hold THE KEY to your ascension and manifestations…
They are the fear.
They are literal thoughts in your body.
Beliefs saying it isn’t safe
Or won’t happen
Or you’re not worthy
Or you have to protect yourself
Or one of many other things that is individual to you and your story.
So I invite you to right now. Think of a desire that hasn’t been working out how you want (or at all)
And give yourself permission to truly notice where you tense up or feel heavy… Or any uncomfortable feeling that isn’t ease joy and flow.
They will even feel NORMAL, and may even feel numb and frozen - so take your time to get really curious
Avoiding and ignoring them doesn’t make them go away - but they do make them stronger.
