But here’s the thing - most people don’t even know how to feel trust - AND other thing they are thinking from trust but are NOT.
Trust is the LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT FEELING.
As in Light like air.
When you are trying to manifest, trying to make things happen, holding on and trying to control..
This is not trust - this is coming from fear.
Having worked with thousands of people over the years… One thing I now intimately, is the human psyche. Iknow how emotions work. I know how to shift the trickiest of issues, especially in toehrs! But also in myself, I’ve transcended PTSD that sent me into fits of rage, made me scared of the truth, triggered me all of the time…
I’ve healed 2 chronic illnesses - the first the doctors told me I would sick with forever. I threw their sick pills script in the trash where it belonged - never took a single one.
I went home and healed myself.
On my journey from deep self hatred, sickness, part time madness and full time fear… I have discovered the amazing power of ACTING FROM THE ENERGY OF TRUST.
I have discovered that our vibrations in general are negative.
Not because they have to be, but because himans have been trained to hate ourselves and each other
We have been trained to believe that things don’t always work out
We have been programmed to believe that if we CARE then it means we have to worry, other wise we aren’t being a good… whatever the label is.
but all of this is untrue.
And a great big reason why so many people are miserable and suffering..
Its why so many so called successful people actually are not.
because they built their success upon fear, control, exhaustion and burn out..
Instead of trust, trust, trust and Love.
So when teaching strategy - FIRST you must understand that TRUST is the strategy that when you fully get it…
Brings the perfect moves to you in the perfect time.
More so..
When you TRUST you begin to believe that what happens is perfect because you get that you only receive what you are READY FOR..
And IF you do push through and receive more than you can hold, then it won’t work out in your best interest
Except fr the spiritual lesson you get. The opportunity to learn from it and try again with greater wisdom next time.
But every single lesson IS a lesson to trust and let go.
To trust that this now moment is OK - and actually a miracle.
To trust that if only 3 people sign up for your program, then its because that is the energy you are ready to hold..
So you don’t get upset and embarrassed. you trust.
This actually allows you to hold the energy for MORE people in your programs, btw.
You trust that if you have your heart set on a job, a client, or a relationship and you don’t get it…
You KNOW it means God (or The Divine, if you prefer) is bringing you something even better!
You get that you don’t know everything.
You do not know the future.
But God does.
This Divine, Loving Force that lives within YOUR heart and imagination is watching you
AND it can see everything else too.
When you believ ein The Divine - then you can trust.
But if you think you are all alone in this world, then good luck with that mindset.

They act from fear so they try to control
You act from from fear and in trying to control, you allow others to control you…
