Transformation is a true art form. Is there anything more ultimate than the inner and outer transformation of the human LIFE? I think not.
For many years I’ve been discovering what works for me to live a happy, fulfilling and wonderful life, and sharing it with others as I learn, often going through the process together.
You see, there is always a deeper level of dropping in.
Things I realized YEARS ago - I am having deeper ahas literally today and last week then ever before.
Does it mean I forgot those ahas before? No, not really.
It’s just that our subconscious mind is so powerful, strong and HIDDEN from our sight - it is hard to see.
It takes continuous dropping in to your heart. Coming back to center. Releasing attachment to desires. Giving permission to HAVE said desires. Releasing the need for desires, while claiming your abilities too.
It takes continuous seeing of the lies you believe. Dissolving the energetic attachments to your past, while loving these parts of you that you so want to change..
But the true key to healing comes not from stopping feeling the bad - OH NO.
The true key to healing comes from ALLOWING yourself to feel the bad and love those parts of you anyway.
This isn’t some theoretical idea.
It’s a technological process. Like a mechanic says you need oil for you car… The wise mystic knows you need the energy of Love for your bad feeling places.
So its an actual bio - technology you have at your disposal.
If you only knew how to use it!
and that’s where people like me come in.
I have transcended time after time.
Through my mass imperfections, deep insecurities and phobias of people and The World - I have had a plethora of opportunities to GROW.
And grow I have.
Because of the dark cave I began in, I am now more like a flower in the light under the open sky.
I still have my fears, my worries and the tricky bits in my life…
But as someone who was told she would be sick FOREVER by the doctor about 17 years back - I am lucky I have only ever really listened to myself!
Because I didn’t believe her.
I threw her prescription in the trash - for those sick pills she said I would have to take forever - and I went home and healed myself.
Years later, during a nervous breakdown - I knew that as BAD as it was - it was a message that my life had to CHANGE.
Because of the soul sucking business I was running as a high end escort - and because I was living illegally in the states, in the first place I ever felt at home - I believed there was no way for me to stop or leave.
Because I would not be let back in.
But crack under the pressure I did.
Went crazy from the intense unhealed trauma and PTSD trauma triggers too.
And this was such a gift because it led me to energy work, and then I healed.
But it doesn’t mean you heal in one day.
It doesn’t mean you don’t have problems comes up.
In fact it was a year later almost to the day of my first energy healing session that I almost DIED from a chronic lung disease.
But that was another gift.
Because it had been plaguing me all my life.
So when others would run for the doctor - and I had promised the people around me that day that I WOULD go to the hospital for life saving emergency medicine - if the energy healing didn’t work..
but then something amazing happened - a TRUE MIRACLE occurred.
That night, being guided by 3 amazing people, the final session lasting over 4 hours –
My physical illness dissolved into energy and released from my body in an intense and noisy way.
It was a true miracle.
My partner at the time was wracked with fear at how severe the walking pneumonia was…
I couldn’t talk. I was so pale I was just about see through..
Every breath felt like I was genuinely suffocating…
After I came home from the energy healing he told me that he had seen how the tapping had helped me before - but NOW after seeing the transformation from being on death’s door to coming home well. healthy and with color in my face, a strong voice and cough almost completely gone - he was a true believer.
And so was I.
So I tell you this so you can know and understand that our human experience is a long series of transformations.
The lung stuff came to a head back in 2011, btw..
I used to be sick for many MONTHS every year - in the last year 8 months in a row before that fateful night.
If I smoked anything, my lungs, as fragile as glass would go into fits and i would be sick for months again…
But since then I have not had a lung issue since.
And I’ve certainly done quite a bit of recreational smoking along the way at times.
So the power you have to heal is way way WAY more than what you have been led to believe.
And guess what?
it all comes down to your thoughts and feelings
Thoughts such as the meaning you give to things that happened to you and that you did or didn’t do
Feelings trapped from the past when you could not express them and went into a type of traumatic shock
They then echo back and forth on repeat and this is why you get triggered.
Thoughts such as beliefs you have about your worthiness and deservingness..
Feelings you have such as heavy negative feelings you think mean you aren’t enough - but actually mean you are believing A LIE about not being enough (your emotional guidance system).
