When you ______ lose weight/are rich/have that husband/get your deepest desire ____ what will it give you that you are lacking now?

A sense of respect from others? Knowing you’re Lovable or worthy enough?

Does a part of you feel like you’re not respected, or wanted, or approved, or accepted etc if you don’t have or aren’t THAT THING?

Get really honest with yourself right now and tap into that part of you…

But not the other way around, not matter how true that may feel for you right now.

You will be stuck on the hamster wheel until you change those deep, internal and repressed opinions that live within you.

You think you want THE THING… But actually, you want what that thing can GIVE YOU.

That elusive need that’s so hard to fulfil since it seems to come from OTHER people
ย
You want OTHER people’s respect. You want THEIR approval and admiration…
ย
But guess what the secret key is?
ย
It only ever will come fromย YOU acknowledging that you’re worthy of respect right now as you are. Worthy of approval (so you dont need to prove yourself at all) worthy of acceptance, being liked, being loved and all that.
ย
When you try to get this approval from others its because you think you’re not whole and complete right now - but you’ve attached all of this to a VEHICLE you think will GET YOU what you want…

Such as once you are thin and look great then you will be worthy, once you are rich then you will be liked and respected, once you have the husband then you will be seen as lovable (you may have just one of these blocks, or multiple)
ย
But that will NEVER come because it is NOT this vehicle that brings you that. It is your perception - your decision, your belief, YOUR KNOWING that yes you are already these things. So youve gotta find the way to FEEL DESERVING - TO FEEL RESPECTING OF YOURSELF –ย TO FEEL APPROVING OF YOURSELF…

And this is where subconscious programming comes in .

Because you could spend a lifetime trying to change… And you will!
